Clinical Data Services Analyst – Bengaluru (3–5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
Accenture is seeking a skilled Clinical Data Services Analyst to join its Life Sciences R&D vertical in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in clinical database testing and EDC system validation. As part of a global leader in digital, cloud, and security services, you will play a key role in ensuring clinical trial databases meet regulatory and quality standards. Strong documentation skills, experience with clinical UAT, and familiarity with GCP and ICH guidelines are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and test Electronic Data Capture (EDC) databases

  • Create and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures

  • Develop and execute test scripts for eCRFs, edit checks, data models, and reports

  • Document test results thoroughly and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Perform data entry based on test scripts and report discrepancies

  • Collaborate within internal teams and support moderate-complexity tasks

  • Participate in rotational shifts as required


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in clinical data operations and database testing

  • Experience with EDC systems and UAT including eCRF, edit checks, data listings

  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR

  • Proficiency in documentation and regulatory compliance

  • Adaptable and quick to learn, strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to perform under pressure and build strong client relationships
