Clinical Data Services Specialist – Accenture, Bengaluru (7–11 Years)

Job Summary:
Accenture is seeking an experienced Clinical Data Services Specialist to join its Life Sciences R&D vertical in Bengaluru. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 7 to 11 years of experience in clinical database testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH, 21 CFR Part 11). You will play a pivotal role in validating clinical trial database components, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the digital transformation of global clinical operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test scripts for various types of UAT (eCRF, edit checks, data models, reports)

  • Perform clinical database testing and maintain test documentation

  • Design and test EDC databases

  • Verify requirements for databases, CRFs, edit checks, reports, and data extracts

  • Follow regulatory standards including GCP, ICH, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11

  • Manage small teams and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders

  • Contribute to continuous process improvement within clinical data services

  • Document testing steps and maintain records in compliance with audit requirements

  • Work collaboratively within the Clinical Testing Team


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences

  • 7 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Clinical Data Testing

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines: GCP, ICH, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11

  • Experience designing and executing test cases for EDC/UAT systems

  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic requirements

  • Proficient in stakeholder communication and team collaboration
