🧑‍⚕️ Your Role at Baxter

As a Clinical Education Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals, delivering hands-on education and in-depth product support for Baxter’s Infusion Therapy solutions. You’ll provide clinical training, integration support, and foster strong customer relationships that enable the successful adoption of our technologies.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical implementation and integration of Baxter’s Infusion Therapy products at healthcare facilities.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with nursing educators and clinical staff at customer sites.

  • Focus on safe and effective use of infusion pumps and accessories, and lead change management efforts.

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Baxter’s infusion systems, ensuring proper implementation using standardized tools (e.g., Universal Implementation Process, in-service scripts).

  • Provide structured product training and support using a multi-phased approach (eLearning, in-person sessions, collateral materials, and follow-ups).

  • Troubleshoot issues, apply clinical knowledge, and ensure smooth technology adoption.


🧠 Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Nursing or Business) with 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (Critical Care or Specialty Area preferred).

  • In-depth knowledge of I.V. therapy.

  • Active RN license or equivalent clinical experience.

  • Proven clinical education and in-servicing skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong time management, independence, and adaptability in changing environments.

  • High proficiency in technology and familiarity with nursing informatics.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must live within one hour of a major/international airport.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Available for up to 80% travel.

  • May require 24/7 availability via phone or text.


💼 Compensation

  • Estimated Salary Range: $88,000–$121,000 annually

  • Additional Compensation: May be eligible for discretionary bonuses

  • Salary may vary depending on location, experience, and expertise.
