As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will support Clinical Research Coordinators during research subject visits, helping to ensure the smooth operation of clinical research projects. 🌟 Responsibilities

  • Assist Clinical Research Coordinators during patient visits, including taking vital signs, performing ECGs, measuring weight and height, and supporting venipunctures under supervision (if trained and authorized).
  • Provide support for specialized techniques and complete source documents for the study.
  • Participate in the administration of investigational drugs.
  • Maintain equipment and examination rooms, and prepare for patient visit days.
  • Archive research documents and apply internal procedures.
  • Keep personal training files up to date.

🎓 Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a nursing program or a related field. CPR certification is an asset.
  • Experience:
    • Practical experience with patients (internships or academic activities).
    • Experience or interest in clinical research is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
    • Ability to learn Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
    • Strong teamwork skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and attention to detail.
