Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Associate – I who is passionate about making a difference in global healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative team and contribute meaningfully to clinical trial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements and protocols.
Coordinate with investigators and site staff to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Conduct site visits including initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of trial activities.
Prepare reports and follow up on action items with study sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study milestones are achieved.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
Good knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as per project needs.
