Job Summary:
We are hiring a Clinical Research Associate-I (CRA-I) to support clinical trials by assisting with site monitoring, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow within clinical research and develop expertise in Good Clinical Practice (GCP), site management, and trial execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Support site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits under supervision.

  • Ensure proper documentation and timely collection of essential clinical trial materials.

  • Track subject recruitment and ensure data integrity at assigned sites.

  • Assist in resolving site-level issues and data discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with study coordinators and investigators to maintain adherence to trial timelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of site visits, communications, and trial progress.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in clinical research, site coordination, or monitoring.

  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Willingness to travel for site visits within the region.


Estimated Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA (based on experience and location)
