Job Title: Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

About the Role:

As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organizations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing clinical trials. This remote position involves working closely with clinical sites, ensuring the highest standards of monitoring and compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Monitoring: Conduct on-site visits to monitor clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • IRB Submissions: Prepare and submit documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) for ethical review and approval.
  • Site Management: Oversee the performance of clinical trial sites, ensuring they are equipped and prepared to conduct trials effectively.
  • Direct Site Communication: Maintain direct and effective communication with clinical sites to address any issues and provide support as needed.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Coordinate with various stakeholders and vendors involved in the clinical trials to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm D, BDS, MBBS.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of on-site monitoring experience, with a focus on respiratory, cardiology, or nephrology studies (excluding any training induction).
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
