Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) with 0–2 years of experience in clinical research to provide administrative, documentation, and regulatory support for ongoing clinical trials. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation and Administrative Support:

  • Assist in maintaining study documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), case report forms (CRFs), and study reports.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper-based study files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.

Regulatory Compliance Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to Ethics Committees and regulatory authorities.

  • Support adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and local regulations to ensure compliance across clinical studies.

Site Coordination & Communication:

  • Track site invoices and support the payment process for study sites.

  • Generate vendor codes and maintain tracking of vendors involved in clinical studies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health) or Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research.

Experience Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in clinical research, clinical trial administration, or site coordination.
