Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented CPC Medical Coders (Freshers) to join a growing healthcare operations team in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve productivity and accuracy targets for assigned mock charts
Read, understand, and implement client updates and coding instructions on a continuous basis
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Comply with all external and internal quality and data security standards, including HIPAA, ISO, and ISMS
Actively participate as a team member and maintain effective coordination with team leaders
Receive and apply regular feedback from quality and client audit teams to improve coding accuracy
Continuously update knowledge of industry-level changes in medical coding concepts
Maintain punctuality, attendance, and professional workplace conduct
Demonstrate flexibility with shift timings and operational changes as required
