Role Overview

As a Customer Service New Associate, you will be part of the Healthcare Claims team responsible for handling and processing healthcare insurance claims. The role involves supporting administrative and operational tasks related to claims processing and healthcare service management.


Key Responsibilities

You will be involved in healthcare claims operations, including:

  • Registering healthcare claims

  • Editing and verifying claim details

  • Evaluating and processing claims

  • Supporting claims examination and resolution

  • Assisting in healthcare facility administration tasks

  • Supporting outpatient and hospital-related operations

  • Following defined policies, procedures, and quality standards
