About the Role
TELUS Digital AI is seeking highly knowledgeable Clinical Medicine experts to join our global AI community as Freelance Data Partners. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your medical expertise to create domain-specific, high-quality question-and-answer content for AI training projects. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the performance and accuracy of machine learning models used by some of the world’s largest brands.
This role offers flexible hours, the opportunity to work on impactful projects in AI, and the ability to apply your clinical knowledge in a cutting-edge technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop complex, original Q&A pairs based on advanced clinical medicine topics.
Design problem sets that require multi-step reasoning and critical thinking.
Provide clear, detailed solutions aligned with high academic and professional standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve content quality.
Contribute to AI model training by ensuring content is accurate, medically sound, and contextually relevant.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or Master’s degree in Medicine, Clinical Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in medical content creation, AI training, or clinical knowledge application is advantageous.
Skills:
Excellent English writing skills with clarity and precision.
Ability to explain complex medical concepts concisely.
Attention to detail and high standards for content accuracy.
Assessment & Onboarding
Candidates must pass a subject-specific qualification exam to demonstrate domain expertise.
ID verification will be required as part of the onboarding process.
Compensation
Typical pay ranges from $8–$12 USD per hour, with rates dependent on:
Level of expertise and education (Master’s degree holders may qualify for higher rates)
Assessment results and skill proficiency
Project scope, urgency, and geographic location
