Job Overview
Medpace, a globally recognized Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is seeking an Experienced Clinical Database Programmer for a full-time position based in Hyderabad, India. This role is part of Medpace’s expansion initiative as the company establishes its newest office in Hyderabad. Candidates will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the foundation, culture, and operational growth of this new location.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, program, validate, and maintain clinical trial databases in accordance with corporate and industry standards.
Maintain and enhance the CDASH-compliant CRF library.
Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned studies, supporting data management teams with database programming needs.
Ensure programming quality, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Rave study build programming within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Proficiency in custom function development (C# programming preferred).
Medidata Rave Study Builder certification strongly preferred.
Experience with Veeva EDC is an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy, technical competency, and attention to detail.
