Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Lead – Adobe Target to drive personalization, optimization, and digital engagement initiatives across global congress platforms and digital experiences.

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Target, leading experimentation, personalization strategies, audience segmentation, and optimization programs that enhance user engagement and business impact. You will collaborate with global stakeholders, digital teams, analytics professionals, and content owners to create data-driven customer experiences that maximize the value of the Congress Hub ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, experimentation frameworks, web analytics, digital optimization, and stakeholder management within a global environment.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Personalization & Optimization

  • Lead personalization and optimization initiatives across Congress Hub platforms and digital congress experiences.

  • Design, develop, and deploy audience-targeted experiences using Adobe Target.

  • Execute congress-specific customer journeys and engagement campaigns.

  • Optimize digital experiences to improve:

    • User Engagement

    • Content Consumption

    • Visitor Retention

    • Conversion Metrics

    • Customer Satisfaction

  • Drive continuous experimentation and optimization efforts aligned with business objectives.


Adobe Target Administration & Execution

  • Serve as the global Adobe Target Subject Matter Expert (SME).

  • Create and manage:

    • A/B Tests

    • Multivariate Tests (MVT)

    • Experience Targeting (XT)

    • Automated Personalization Activities

    • Audience Segmentation Programs

  • Configure, validate, and deploy Adobe Target activities.

  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance and implementation validation.

  • Ensure successful execution of personalization initiatives across digital properties.


Congress Hub Experience Management

  • Execute all Congress Hub-related customer journeys during global congresses and scientific events.

  • Support digital engagement strategies before, during, and after congress events.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for optimization-related issues during live congresses.

  • Ensure seamless delivery of personalized experiences to target audiences.


Data Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage Adobe Analytics and related reporting tools to evaluate performance.

  • Analyze visitor behavior, engagement trends, and optimization results.

  • Interpret complex datasets to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with optimization initiatives.


Experimentation & Testing Strategy

  • Develop data-driven testing hypotheses based on customer behavior and business objectives.

  • Design experimentation frameworks and testing roadmaps.

  • Measure and communicate experiment outcomes and business impact.

  • Apply statistical methodologies to validate test results and recommendations.

  • Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.


Optimization Roadmap & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a global optimization roadmap.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on:

    • Business Goals

    • User Needs

    • Strategic Objectives

    • Performance Data

  • Drive long-term optimization strategies supporting global digital transformation initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and scalability within optimization programs.


Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Partner with:

    • Global Medical Affairs

    • Product & Portfolio Strategy Teams

    • Digital Marketing Teams

    • Web Development Teams

    • UX/UI Designers

    • Data & Analytics Teams

    • Congress Excellence Teams

  • Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to international stakeholders.

  • Translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations.

  • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.


Web Technologies & Implementation Support

  • Collaborate with development teams on implementation and troubleshooting activities.

  • Work with:

    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

    • Data Layers

    • Tag Management Solutions

    • Front-End Development Teams

  • Validate implementation quality and ensure tracking accuracy.

  • Support website enhancement and personalization initiatives.


Required Qualifications

Education
