Job Purpose
The Group Therapy Manager – Alvira will lead the Central Nervous System (CNS) therapy portfolio, driving product lifecycle management, market strategy, brand visibility, and cross-functional execution to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Strategy

  • Lead the new product pipeline strategy, including pre-launch, launch, post-launch initiatives, and product growth programs.

  • Develop long-term strategies for portfolio growth and market penetration.

  • Identify new opportunities for brand expansion, line extensions, and lifecycle optimization.

Sales Force Enablement & Training

  • Provide product knowledge, scientific guidance, and strategic direction to the field sales team.

  • Enhance sales effectiveness through targeted training, workshops, and communication skill development.

  • Motivate teams through recognition programs, awards, and training camps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Learning & Development, and R&D teams for coordinated product execution.

  • Ensure seamless delivery of promotional materials, product dossiers, and educational tools.

Brand Leadership & Market Insights

  • Develop and execute brand strategies, annual brand plans, and market penetration strategies.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT assessments to guide sales initiatives.

  • Oversee brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals, including CME programs and scientific engagement.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track brand KPIs, including sales growth, market share, and ROI on promotional activities.

  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on market feedback and performance data.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical marketing standards and company policies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) with MBA.

  • 5–10 years of experience in Central Nervous System (CNS) product management, brand building, and market strategy.

  • Pan-India experience in managing pharmaceutical product portfolios is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
