Job Purpose
The Therapy Manager – Supriva will lead the Cardio-Diabetic therapy portfolio, driving product strategy, brand growth, market penetration, and cross-functional execution to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Strategy

  • Lead the new product pipeline, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch initiatives.

  • Develop product growth strategies and lifecycle management initiatives for the Cardio-Diabetic segment.

  • Identify market opportunities and initiatives to enhance brand performance.

Sales Force Enablement & Training

  • Provide product knowledge, scientific guidance, and strategic direction to the field sales team.

  • Equip the sales team with effective communication skills and scientific understanding.

  • Motivate and recognize sales team performance through training camps, award programs, and recognition initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Learning & Development, and R&D teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

  • Support the development of promotional materials, product dossiers, and educational tools.

Brand Leadership & Market Insights

  • Develop brand strategies and annual plans aligned with market dynamics.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT assessments to guide sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals through CME programs, scientific engagement, and promotional activities.

Field Work & Travel

  • Actively engage in field activities, with travel up to 30% to support brand strategy, team training, and market intelligence collection.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) with MBA.

  • 2–7 years of experience in Cardio-Diabetic therapy, with hands-on experience in brand building, product launches, and market strategy.

  • Pan-India product management experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
