This job description is for a Home Therapist role at Lupin, located in Hyderabad, India. The position is tailored for physiotherapy professionals passionate about providing home-based care to patients. Candidates with BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) or MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) qualifications and 0 to 2 years of experience are eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient-Centered Care:

    • Deliver empathetic and personalized physiotherapy care for patients with chronic conditions, ensuring exceptional service at home.
  2. Assessment & Care Planning:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized, evidence-based care plans aligned with ethical practices.
  3. Therapy Monitoring & Delivery:

    • Continuously monitor and deliver physiotherapy services to aid recovery, focusing on achieving measurable and goal-based outcomes.
  4. Learning & Advanced Rehabilitation:

    • Stay updated on and apply the latest rehabilitation practices, particularly for Neurological and Orthopedic Physiotherapy, in this advanced rehabilitation setting.
  5. Case Management:

    • Manage diverse cases, addressing various patient needs under the guidance of senior rehabilitation specialists.
  6. Record Maintenance:

    • Maintain detailed records, progress reports, and assessments for all patients to ensure consistent monitoring and care documentation.
  7. Adherence to Standards:

    • Comply with the company’s policies, objectives, and standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all aspects of care delivery.
  8. Documentation & Goal Achievement:

    • Document patient progress, set achievable goals, and track outcomes, providing transparent and accountable care.

Qualifications:

  • BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) or MPT (Master of Physiotherapy)

Relevant Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about rehabilitation and home care.
