Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Junior MICC Associates to join our expanding Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) team. The role involves handling pharmacovigilance-related communications through calls and emails, specifically focusing on Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), Medical Inquiries (MI), and General Inquiries (GI). The position requires professionals with a keen eye for detail, solid documentation practices, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Communication and Case Handling:

  • Receive and manage calls/emails related to AE, PQC, MI, and GI.

  • Perform case intake, verify duplicate entries, and register cases accurately.

  • Execute follow-up communications with stakeholders via phone/email.

  • Translate non-English inquiries when required.

Documentation Support:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining essential MICC documentation as per standard procedures.

  • Ensure all records are entered in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.


Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience working in a MICC role, preferably within the pharmacovigilance domain.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health sciences, or related fields.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for seamless client interaction.

  • Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance terminology and case processing is preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
