Job Description:
IQVIA is hiring a Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1 to support centralized monitoring and documentation activities across clinical trial projects. This entry-level role is ideal for professionals looking to break into clinical operations with a strong foundation in compliance, coordination, and data tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute centralized monitoring tasks independently for assigned projects.
Complete all required role-specific trainings on time, including e-SOP acknowledgements and instructor-led sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for participating clinical sites.
Manage access provisioning for the Infosario Portal.
Ensure timely preparation and availability of regulatory documentation for kit shipments, including Kit Contents Chart (KCC), Packing Lists, and Import Permits.
Monitor the release of patient laboratory reports, ensuring follow-ups with responsible teams.
Ensure complete documentation for all activities to support audit readiness.
Engage in departmental initiatives and process improvements as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0–1 year (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Familiarity with clinical or healthcare systems through education or basic work experience.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Effective time management, organization, and multitasking ability.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Capable of building and maintaining professional relationships with coworkers and supervisors.
