Job Description:
IQVIA is hiring a Manager, Clinical Data Management (CDM) to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of data management services for single and multi-service clinical trials. The role ensures project execution with high quality, within timelines and budget, and to sponsor satisfaction. As a Data Team Lead (DTL), this role combines leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and assess study setup requirements via stakeholder discussions.

  • Provide oversight and support for validation of new device integrations.

  • Perform and supervise regular data cleaning activities to maintain high-quality datasets.

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

  • Lead internal study meetings, participate in kickoff meetings, and support sponsor audits.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and take proactive corrective actions.

  • Support the training of new team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing.

  • Oversee implementation of new technologies and database enhancements.

  • Collaborate with programming teams for automation and innovation initiatives.

  • Review and contribute to the development of SOPs and work instructions.

  • Maintain cross-functional communication and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • Adhere to compliance standards including eSOPs and mandatory training.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Health, Biological, or Mathematical Sciences or related field.

  • Experience: 3–4 years in Data Management with at least 1 year as a project lead.

  • Advanced understanding of the clinical research process and drug development lifecycle.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and communication tools.

  • Strong leadership, risk management, and project tracking capabilities.

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Ability to work with minimal guidance while delivering consistent, high-quality output.
