Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager – I&D Operational Excellence for our Mumbai location. This role requires a seasoned quality assurance professional with a strong background in designing, maintaining, and evaluating quality monitoring programs. The ideal candidate will apply quality principles to lead complex projects, conduct inspections and validations, and recommend process improvements, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor the performance of quality assurance professionals under general supervision.
Apply quality principles to analyze records and reports, forming actionable recommendations for improvement.
Conduct detailed inspection, verification, and validation of components and materials used in development.
Identify and resolve recurring quality issues or inconsistencies in testing procedures.
Document and report quality concerns and performance measures for management review.
Communicate and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or technical field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Excellence within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, validation processes, and documentation.
Analytical skills to interpret quality data and provide process improvement recommendations.
Experience in coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
