Role Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Research Analysis to oversee the execution of research projects and lead a team to deliver high-quality research outputs. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Research Management
Oversee day-to-day execution of research projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Lead and manage multiple projects, offering expert guidance to team members.
Contribute to strategic planning of initiatives, including resource allocation, scheduling, and priority setting.
Ensure accurate reporting of project progress and outcomes, delivering timely updates to management and customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research with broader organizational strategies.
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Address complex issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide clear and effective communication to support decision-making.
Team & People Management
Manage a team of colleagues with clear operational and functional targets.
Establish and communicate team goals aligned with departmental objectives.
Set metrics/performance measures to track progress.
Provide consistent training, feedback, and development opportunities to colleagues.
Lead staffing decisions and provide recommendations for team growth.
Communicate policies, practices, and procedures clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
7+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or advanced degree
