Job Summary:
Norstella is hiring a Market Research Analyst (Remote, India) to support its global pharmaceutical and healthcare market research team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to oncology and specialty therapeutics consulting projects by conducting in-depth secondary research and data analysis. Ideal for candidates with life sciences or public health backgrounds, this position plays a crucial role in shaping market strategies for leading healthcare clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct secondary research using clinical trial databases, company reports, medical literature, and industry publications.
Develop structured fact packs summarizing therapeutic area insights, treatment landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, and pipeline advancements.
Support project teams with accurate, relevant data and insights for oncology and specialty therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to align research outputs with client needs.
Ensure high-quality, validated, and consistently formatted deliverables.
Recommend improvements in research processes and content quality.
Validate and review research outputs for completeness and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2+ years’ experience in market research, pharma consulting, or healthcare analytics.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and US managed care industries preferred.
Proficient in secondary research and data analysis methodologies.
Familiarity with oncology and specialty pharmaceutical therapeutic areas is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data summarization skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent written communication.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
