Position Overview
The Medical Billing Executive will support the accurate and efficient handling of Patient Demographic Entry, Charge Entry, or Payment Posting for US-based clients. The role is critical in ensuring seamless revenue cycle management while adhering to customer standards for accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate posting of Patient Demographics, Charge Entry, or Payment Posting transactions in client systems.
Meet and exceed customer-defined SLAs for accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Comply with information security policies to ensure data protection.
Understand the impact of billing processes on upstream and downstream operations.
Actively participate in quality and training initiatives to improve service standards.
Demonstrate ethical behavior in all professional interactions.
Desired Skills/Traits
Educational Qualification: Graduate with 1–4 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Payment Posting, or Charge Entry.
Strong understanding of medical billing concepts and workflows.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Fresh graduates with good typing and communication skills are also welcome to apply.
