Job Description:
The Medical Content and Review Specialist position at EVERSANA is an essential role within the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review team. This position involves managing the MLR process for a dedicated client, ensuring that all advertising, promotional, and non-promotional content is compliant, accurate, and ready for publication. The role includes responsibilities such as managing review meetings, ensuring all materials are properly vetted, and supporting the medical content development team.
Key Accountabilities:
MLR Process Management:
Manage end-to-end MLR process, scheduling, setting agendas, and leading Review Committee meetings.
Document live discussion notes, circulate meeting minutes, and file approved minutes.
Ensure that materials are submitted to the appropriate review path using platforms like Veeva Vault.
Enforce policies and guidelines related to material review and ensure compliance.
Support FDA 2253 submissions with MLR Regulatory Reviewer/Partner.
Medical Content Support:
Support the development of project plans for medical content.
Upload materials into clients' review platforms, annotating and anchoring references.
Project Management Support:
Provide support for Medical Affairs and Medical Information leadership in project management.
Meeting and Time Management:
Manage meetings efficiently and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduates in any Life Sciences / Biomedical field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare agency or pharmaceutical company.
Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms.
Scientific writing, scientific reviewing, and MLR experience.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication in English.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
