Job Overview
Scientimed Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Medical Writers with strong scientific writing, literature review, and healthcare content development expertise. The role involves working closely with clients, medical teams, and creative designers to develop scientifically accurate and high-quality pharmaceutical communication materials.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with prior experience in medical writing, medical communications, healthcare content development, or pharma promotional content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed literature searches using scientific and medical databases
Develop concept notes, scientific proposals, and medical communication content based on client briefs
Revise proposals and content according to client feedback and medical review comments
Create scientifically accurate healthcare and pharmaceutical content for client approvals
Prepare reference dossiers and supporting scientific documentation
Perform content quality control (QC) and cross-check references for accuracy and compliance
Review designed layouts and coordinate with graphic designers for content accuracy
Manage corrections and ensure smooth execution from project initiation to final delivery
Mentor junior medical writers and review their work for scientific accuracy and presentation quality
Ensure adherence to medical writing standards, scientific integrity, and client expectations
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field
Candidates with MBBS, MD, BAMS, or BHMS qualifications are also eligible
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
Medical Writing
Healthcare Content Development
Medical Communications
Pharma Content Writing
MedCom Agencies or Pharmaceutical Companies
Preferred Skills
Strong scientific writing and editing abilities
Expertise in literature review and reference management
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and medical communication materials
Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing and design departments
Strong project management and time management capabilities
