Job Overview
The MIS & Coordinator Intern will support account management operations, compliance coordination, and financial documentation processes. This role involves managing operational data, maintaining financial records, coordinating compliance programs, and supporting internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and reporting accuracy.

The position is ideal for candidates seeking experience in management information systems (MIS), compliance coordination, and operational administration within assurance and certification services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end account operations including coordination, scheduling, certificate preparation, log maintenance, invoicing, and payment tracking.

  • Coordinate local product compliance programs such as SLCP, FEM, SMETA, BSCI, C-TPAT, and Sodexo, including portal and documentation management.

  • Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) and integrity calls to gather stakeholder feedback and support relationship management.

  • Prepare and maintain financial documentation including invoices, payment records, and compliance certificates.

  • Ensure accurate reporting and timely maintenance of operational and financial records.

  • Identify opportunities to improve account management and compliance processes for greater efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

  • Support administrative and coordination activities across departments.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile or related discipline with a minimum of 60% academic performance.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or coordination experience preferred.

  • Basic understanding of compliance processes or account coordination is an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and support global users.
