About the Role
Labcorp is looking for a Nonclinical Data Associate I to join our global data management solutions team in Bangalore. This entry-level position is designed for individuals to learn the essential skills needed to draft and finalize nonclinical datasets, with supervision. The role involves training in various aspects of dataset preparation, client communication, and software tools to ensure accurate and compliant data management.
Key Responsibilities
Learn to communicate effectively with clients and prepare form letters and communication texts.
Shadow experienced data associates and participate in client site visits and conference calls.
Use software tools (word processing, spreadsheet, dataset/table generation, collaboration, and database applications) to complete job duties efficiently.
Dataset Preparation
(85%)
Learn to obtain and review study documents (e.g., protocol, report) to gather necessary information for dataset preparation.
Generate and quality check (QC) dataset files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Address client inquiries regarding the content of study datasets.

Compile metadata for databases supporting nonclinical safety assessments.
(5%)
Train in software testing and validation activities, including executing test scripts and maintaining documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
(5%)
Perform other duties as assigned, including attending company or industry initiatives related to dataset specifications and production.
Requirements
No prior experience required, but the candidate should be eager to learn and develop in the field of data management.
Familiarity with basic software tools (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) is preferred.
Good communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
