Key Accountabilities: Site Intelligence and Data Solutions
As a member of Parexel’s Site Intelligence team, you will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making for feasibility, site selection, and patient recruitment. Your expertise in database programming, data analysis, and solution development will enable you to lead initiatives across regions, collaborate globally, and drive innovation.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical expertise for the development and enhancement of Site Intelligence data assets, systems, processes, and tools.
Analyze business needs to establish system requirements and implement enhancements for Site Intelligence systems.
Employ Lean Business Process methodology to optimize workflows and ensure efficiency in data management.
Assist in developing system interfaces for seamless data integration.
Programming and Data Analysis:
Use SQL for database programming, data analysis, and solution development.
Apply Python skills (advantageous) for advanced data analysis and process automation.
Execute and quality-check (QC) data imports from internal and external systems and validate record updates to maintain data integrity.
Strategy and Reporting:
Define reporting strategies and develop metric reports and data visualizations to support functions such as site intelligence, feasibility, and patient recruitment.
Identify and implement tools and integration solutions to achieve best-in-class feasibility and site selection outcomes.
Analyze reports to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead discussions and forums with global colleagues across APAC and US regions to drive innovation and share best practices.
Collaborate in virtual, multicultural teams and lead decision-making processes with diplomacy and influence.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Attributes
Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of database applications, including SQL programming.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience in database development, maintenance, and data analysis.
Analytical and Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address issues using a logical, systematic approach.
Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communication and Leadership:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Advanced presentation skills with the ability to consult effectively and convey technical information clearly.

Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver solutions that align with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Management, Computer Science, Clinical Research, or a related field.
Experience:
Significant experience in technology or database management, preferably in clinical research or healthcare.
Proven ability to manage global virtual teams and influence stakeholders.
