Job Overview

Sanofi is hiring a Patient Solutions Manager to lead and manage patient support programs aimed at improving access to therapy and enhancing disease management.

This role functions as a Patient Program Leader (PPL), responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring patient programs while ensuring compliance, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and program management expertise in a matrix organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Program Design & Setup

Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement patient programs.

Define program objectives aligned with patient needs and brand strategy.

Ensure development and approval of program materials, including digital platforms (web/apps).

Oversee informed consent processes for patients and healthcare professionals.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness.


2. Program Tracking & Monitoring

Maintain and update patient programs in the Global Tracking Tool (PPT).

Ensure all documentation and program data are current and compliant.

Track patient enrollment and pharmacovigilance (PV) metrics monthly.

Address review comments and manage approval workflows.


3. Vendor & Service Provider Management

Lead selection and onboarding of service providers in collaboration with procurement.

Define program requirements in contracts and ensure vendor compliance.

Oversee vendor activities and ensure adherence to program standards.

Establish governance, communication, and performance evaluation frameworks.


4. Program Performance & Optimization

Monitor program performance using key metrics.

Identify risks, deviations, and areas for improvement.

Drive operational efficiency and enhance patient access to therapy.

Ensure timely delivery of program outcomes.


5. Pharmacovigilance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance (PV) and product complaint reporting.

Report adverse events within 1 working day to relevant teams.

Ensure product technical complaints are reported promptly.

Maintain high standards of data accuracy and regulatory compliance.


6. Data Privacy & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations.

Avoid direct handling of patient data; ensure third-party management.

Maintain adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Ensure ethical and compliant patient engagement practices.


7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Medical teams

  • Marketing teams

  • Regulatory and safety teams

  • Procurement and privacy officers

Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to ensure program success.

Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in patient programs (PP) within pharma/healthcare.
