About the Role

Sanofi is seeking a highly skilled CRM Reporting Analyst to join our Patient Support Services (PSS) team. This role is pivotal in driving actionable insights by enhancing reporting capabilities within CRM platforms to support operational and business leaders. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, design dashboards, and optimize data strategies that improve patient support and operational efficiency.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to patient care across immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological disorders while working within a globally innovative healthcare organization.


Key Responsibilities

CRM Reporting & Analytics

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering to identify reporting needs

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM or other platforms

  • Analyze trends, identify gaps, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency

  • Assist with data quality checks, data clean-up, and reporting standardization

Project & Data Management

  • Participate in CRM initiatives, including user story development, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and UAT execution

  • Support data integration, migration, and management strategies within PSS

  • Develop deep understanding of patient journeys, systems, and platforms supporting patient services

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Translate business needs into actionable insights for operational and business leaders

  • Present and communicate complex reporting outputs effectively to senior leaders and cross-functional teams


Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM solutions, patient support services, or biopharmaceutical operations

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud

  • Familiarity with CRMA, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a matrix environment

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Self-directed, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
