Role Overview:
As a Clinical Data Manager I at Perceptive, you will serve as an end-to-end data custodian, ensuring clinical trial data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. You'll support study teams with data design, integration, extraction, and reporting, playing a vital role in ensuring study data meets sponsor expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Case Report Forms (CRFs) and study databases using eCRF libraries.
Create and maintain Data Management Plans (DMP) and deployment timelines.
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and communicate proactively.
Develop database edits, derivations, and automated validation rules.
Generate tracking reports and study metrics.
Collaborate with study teams for database development and review.
Manage data extraction and sponsor deliverables.
Liaise with sponsors regarding data processes and endpoints.
Technical Competencies:
Strong understanding of clinical data management systems and tools.
Project management capabilities, including task tracking (e.g., via ticketing software).
Knowledge of Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP).
Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and regulatory data standards.
Behavioral Competencies:
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication (written and verbal).

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Medical Technology, Psychology, Math, or Health Science).
Experience working in a clinical or technical data management setting.
Familiarity with clinical data management systems and workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work within team environments to achieve shared goals.
Additional Details:
Must be able to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift.
Fluency in English is required.
