Role Overview:

As a Clinical Data Manager I at Perceptive, you will serve as an end-to-end data custodian, ensuring clinical trial data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. You'll support study teams with data design, integration, extraction, and reporting, playing a vital role in ensuring study data meets sponsor expectations and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Case Report Forms (CRFs) and study databases using eCRF libraries.

  • Create and maintain Data Management Plans (DMP) and deployment timelines.

  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and communicate proactively.

  • Develop database edits, derivations, and automated validation rules.

  • Generate tracking reports and study metrics.

  • Collaborate with study teams for database development and review.

  • Manage data extraction and sponsor deliverables.

  • Liaise with sponsors regarding data processes and endpoints.


Technical Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of clinical data management systems and tools.

  • Project management capabilities, including task tracking (e.g., via ticketing software).

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP).

  • Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and regulatory data standards.


Behavioral Competencies:

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).

  • Self-motivated with natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset.

  • Team-oriented with personal accountability.


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Medical Technology, Psychology, Math, or Health Science).

  • Experience working in a clinical or technical data management setting.

  • Familiarity with clinical data management systems and workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within team environments to achieve shared goals.


Additional Details:

  • Must be able to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift.

  • Fluency in English is required.
