✅ **Hospital Pharmacy Operations:**
- Review and **dispense medications** accurately.
- Provide **medication information** and review **drug interactions** to ensure **patient safety**.
- Offer **clinical services** as needed.
✅ **Inventory & Medication Management:**
- Fill **medication orders** while maintaining appropriate **inventory levels in PYXIS**.
- Ensure **accurate medication charging and documentation**.
✅ **Compliance & Patient Safety:**
- Adhere to **hospital policies, state, and federal regulations**.
- Maintain **compliance with Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations**.
- Ensure proper **handling and storage** of medications.

### **Qualifications**
🎓 **Education & Licensure:**
- **Registered Pharmacist** with an **active and good-standing license** from the **Ohio State Board of Pharmacy**.
- **CPR certification** required.

- **Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience**.
