Job Description

Role Description Overview:

The AR Associate (Process Executive – AR) is responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to denials processing, claims follow-up, and customer service.


Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Review and act upon email updates related to the process

  • Call insurance carriers, document notes in software/spreadsheet, and take necessary actions

  • Escalate identified issues to the immediate supervisor

  • Maintain and update production logs regularly

  • Understand client requirements and project specifications

  • Ensure daily/monthly targeted collections are met

  • Meet client productivity targets within specified timelines

  • Deliver work that adheres to quality standards

  • Conduct follow-ups on pending claims

  • Prepare and maintain accurate status reports
