Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sustainable marketing strategy for SBA, focusing on growth and sales support.
  • Adapt the product launch process and manage product life cycles.
  • Define and create Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development plans, fostering relationships with KOLs for clinical education and engagement.
  • Conduct ongoing market research by interacting with hospital personnel, clinicians, and sales representatives, including hospital observations and literature review.
  • Create and update marketing plans to ensure sustainability and effective portfolio management.
  • Analyze market needs, identify new product opportunities, and manage product line extensions and deletions.
  • Develop and manage competitive profiles for products and competitors.
  • Lead and conceptualize special projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide solutions to customer problems in an ethical and scientifically backed manner.
  • Create marketing communications materials (catalogs, brochures, press releases, etc.) for assigned product lines.
  • Maintain a dynamic customer database and provide product, market, and competitive updates.
  • Provide technical product support to the sales team and support workshops, meetings, and presentations.
  • Produce accurate product sales forecasts in collaboration with SCM and ensure effective launch plans.
  • Formulate pricing strategies and develop short-term promotional plans.
  • Oversee new product launch strategy, including article creation, ordering, inventory management, and sales follow-up.
  • Implement tools for post-launch monitoring.
