Role Overview
Labcorp is seeking a Project Management Leader to join our Global Project Management group at the Madison, Wisconsin site. This role is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers supporting Bioanalytical LC-MS clients, ensuring seamless project delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and problem solver with experience in pharma, biotech, or contract research organizations.
This position offers a hybrid working option and a unique opportunity to influence bioanalytical project operations on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Serve as a trusted partner for issue resolution, client management, and continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with Bioanalytical leadership to drive operational initiatives, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery.
Build strong internal networks across Commercial, Early Development, and Central Laboratory teams to align project goals and resolve challenges.
Promote best practices in project management, change management, and client communication.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in project management within pharma, biotech, or contract research industries.
Strong people leadership skills with experience managing client-facing teams.
Demonstrated ability in issue resolution, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Analytical or laboratory background with a commercial and financial awareness.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Degree in Life Sciences or related field; Project Management certification is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $125,000 – $150,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
