### **About the Role**
We are seeking a **Scientist I** to **execute laboratory test work** and support **R&D, NPI, NPD, and QC release testing** at our **Fast Trak Validation Services** in **Bangalore**. This **on-site role** reports to the **Manager, Fast Trak Validation & Lab Ops**.
### **Your Responsibilities**
- Execute **basic to intermediate complexity test work** with minimal guidance.
- Support **internal testing** for **research, product development, and quality control**.
- Review job requests, relevant **MSDS**, and follow **laboratory SOPs**.
- Prepare and maintain **datasheets and laboratory notebooks**.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain **test apparatus and instrumentation**.
- Record raw data and notify lab management of **delays, problems, or deviations**.
- Ensure **timely completion** of projects and laboratory reports.
### **Who You Are**
#### **Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in **Microbiology or Life Sciences**.
- Skilled in **aseptic laboratory techniques and microbiology test work**.
- Experience applying **GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)** and familiarity with **GMP requirements**.
- Ability to analyze scientific data and utilize **PC-based programs**.
#### **Preferred Skills**
- **1-3 years** of relevant **industry experience**.
