About the Role:

The Senior Clinical Data Science Lead plays a key role in Clinical Development by managing external data such as biomarkers, wearable devices, IRT, Imaging, and eCOA. This position is responsible for leading the Global Development Data Management team and ensuring the quality, standardization, and integration of external data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead external data management and integration across clinical trials.

  • Ensure the quality and standardization of external data types (biomarkers, eCOA, imaging).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams on external data integration.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in clinical data management/programming in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or health-related industries.

  • Knowledge:

    • Expertise in handling clinical, biomarker, eCOA, and imaging data.

    • Familiarity with relevant regulations (21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP, CDISC standards).

    • Advanced knowledge of data management processes and best practices.

    • Proficiency in data extraction (SAS, CSV, XML).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Biology, Computer Science, Data Management, or similar).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with oncology and non-oncology biomarker and imaging data.
