Site Payments Processor
Location: Navi Mumbai, India

Job Description:
Medpace is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Site Payments Processor to join our Clinical Operations team. This full-time, office-based role involves managing financial and administrative aspects of clinical trial site payments. You will work closely with global teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payments while supporting the overall success of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily accounts payable and data entry tasks related to site payments for assigned clinical studies.
Set up and manage system configurations to track and administer payments across multiple sites.
Process and calculate site payments according to contract terms and trial milestones.
Generate and manage project and site payment reports, responding to related requests.
Coordinate setup and amendments of site-specific agreements, including mapping payee details.
Code, track, and reconcile site invoices against clinical and financial data to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability in daily responsibilities.
