Apply current coding guidelines and healthcare regulations across all coding activities
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders to validate coding accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Utilize healthcare coding software and tools to manage and maintain coding data efficiently
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
Identify coding trends and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency
Support the development and optimization of coding protocols and standard operating procedures
Participate in internal audits and quality reviews to maintain high coding accuracy standards
Assist in mentoring and training junior coding professionals

4–7 years of hands-on experience in medical coding within the healthcare domain

Proven experience working with healthcare software, coding tools, and EHR systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry updates
