Analyze and interpret medical records to ensure accurate and compliant medical coding
Apply current coding standards and healthcare regulations across all coding activities
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and validate documentation required for coding
Utilize healthcare products and coding tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Ensure all coding outputs comply with organizational policies and industry standards
Identify coding trends and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and productivity
Support the development and documentation of coding guidelines and best practices
Assist the team in achieving defined coding quality and productivity benchmarks
Participate in training programs to enhance coding skills and regulatory knowledge
Maintain accurate coding documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve coding-related issues
