Our culture emphasizes entrepreneurship, collaboration, and customer-centric innovation, providing a fast-track career for high-performing talent.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst – GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) & AI Search Visibility with 4–8 years of agency-side experience in SEO, digital marketing, content operations, or analytics. The ideal candidate will support global healthcare and life sciences clients in optimizing content for AI-driven search engines, LLMs, and answer engines, improving visibility, accuracy, and engagement. This is an ideal role for professionals transitioning from SEO/digital agency backgrounds to AI-first content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct GEO audits by capturing AI/LLM answers, analyzing SERPs, and identifying visibility, accuracy, and safety gaps.

  • Perform intent and keyword research; develop prompt libraries and scenario sets for multiple audiences, including patients, HCPs, and caregivers.

  • Map “answer homes” and key entities (brand, product, condition, MOA, use cases) to existing content and site assets.

  • Review and structure on-page content (webpages, FAQs, articles, explainers) for LLM-readiness and GEO best practices.

  • Support metadata and structured data implementation (titles, descriptions, schema, OpenGraph, internal linking) in collaboration with SEO and web teams.

  • Track off-page visibility and reputation properties, including high-authority sites, platforms, and publishers influencing AI search outcomes.

  • Maintain content and entity mapping sheets, inventories, and GEO documentation for assigned brands, markets, and projects.

  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards for GEO KPIs, including AI visibility, answer quality, traffic, and engagement trends.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to prepare presentations, POVs, and case studies for internal stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4–8 years of agency-side experience in SEO, digital marketing, performance marketing, content operations, or analytics.

  • Strong understanding of search behavior, SEO fundamentals, and content structures.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA/GA4, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and dashboards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate across distributed/global teams.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with accountability.

  • Additional advantage: prior experience in GEO or AI search optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries (desirable but not mandatory).

  • Experience collaborating with content or UX teams for on-page optimization.

  • Familiarity or interest in GenAI/LLM tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) and prompt-based workflows.

  • Experience with complex clients, global teams, or multi-market rollouts.

Why Join Indegene:

  • Work with global healthcare and life sciences clients at the forefront of AI and digital innovation.

  • Gain expertise in AI-first content, SEO, and LLM strategies.

  • Be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization that invests in your career growth.
