Job Summary
Fortrea, a leading global contract research organization (CRO), is seeking a skilled Senior Statistical Programming Specialist proficient in R programming to support global clinical trial data analysis and reporting. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards and passionate about delivering accurate, regulatory-compliant clinical outputs. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain R programs for CDISC SDTM and ADaM datasets
Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical trials
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry data standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement project-specific data requirements
Provide programming support for clinical data analysis and reporting
Perform thorough quality control and validation checks on outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in R programming in a clinical trial environment
Strong understanding of R packages used for clinical data analysis
Familiarity with CDISC ADaM and SDTM standards
Proficient in data visualization techniques using R
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of other open-source data tools and statistical packages
Experience with SAS programming
Familiarity with CRAN, POSIT, and other open-source repositories
