Job Title: Analytical Chemist

Responsibilities:

  • Instrumental Analysis:

    • Conduct analysis using instruments such as Analytical Balance, Microbalance, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Karl Fischer (KF) Titrator, Halogen Moisture Analyzer, UV Spectrophotometer, IR Spectrophotometer, and Hot Air Oven.
    • Perform HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography) analyses.
  • Material Release:

    • Release raw materials, packing materials, in-process intermediates, bulk products, and finished products according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • SAP and LIMS:

    • Perform SAP activities related to laboratory operations.
    • Manage Labware LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) activities including LIMS masters preparation, review, and approvals.
    • Address LIMS tickets and audit trail observations, ensuring timely closure.
  • Incident Reporting and Investigation:

    • Report online incidents, Out of Specification (OOS) results, and Out of Trend (OOT) findings according to prescribed formats and SOPs.
    • Assist in investigating root causes for incidents, collaborating with immediate superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry.
