Job Overview

Syneos Health is seeking skilled professionals for the role of Technical Project Manager (with Clinical Experience) within its Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) division. This opportunity is part of the company’s future hiring pipeline and is intended for candidates interested in upcoming project management roles in healthcare technology and clinical operations.

The selected candidate will support project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational delivery while ensuring successful project outcomes within scope, timelines, and budget expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support projects throughout the complete execution lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
  • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to create detailed project plans
  • Coordinate project activities with internal teams, technical personnel, customers, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and generate regular reports on milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Identify operational issues and contribute to effective problem-solving and process improvement initiatives
  • Review and implement approved project modifications and workflow updates
  • Support resource planning, procurement coordination, and project readiness activities
  • Develop and implement project-related training strategies and operational processes
  • Analyze project requirements, standards, and execution plans
  • Participate in technical and operational meetings to address risks, dependencies, and project challenges
  • Ensure clarity regarding project deliverables, team responsibilities, and execution timelines
