Job Responsibilities:

Business Generation & Development:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by ethically promoting Abbott products according to the business plan.
  2. Customer Engagement: Ensure the required number of doctor/customer calls per the customer management plan of the division.
  3. Organize CME Camps: Plan and organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) camps based on division strategy and customer needs.
  4. New Product Launch: Facilitate the successful launch of new products.
  5. Customer List Creation & Update: Create and regularly update the customer list based on therapy and product requirements of the division.
  6. Technology Adoption: Ensure the adoption and usage of tablets (iPad) for reporting and other relevant tasks, adhering to division norms and customer management practices.

Brand Management:

  1. Prescription Audits: Perform prescription audits for Abbott and competitor brands to track market performance.
  2. Generate POBs: Generate Purchase Order Bookings (POBs) for Abbott brands as per the business plan.

Required Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Sc. or B.Pharm, or any graduate degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical sales, brand management, and customer engagement, with the goal of achieving sales targets while promoting Abbott products and managing relationships with healthcare professionals.
