Job Description:

As an AR Associate, you will be responsible for managing revenue cycle operations such as denials processing, claims follow-up, and customer service. Your role includes ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on insurance claims, maintaining logs, and meeting client-specific quality and productivity metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call insurance carriers to follow up on pending claims

  • Document all interactions in the appropriate software and spreadsheets

  • Review and act on email updates from clients or team leads

  • Escalate unresolved issues to immediate supervisors

  • Update and maintain production logs regularly

  • Understand client-specific project requirements and ensure adherence

  • Meet daily/monthly collection targets and productivity goals

  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met

  • Prepare and maintain claim status reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address claim denials and rejections
