Job Description:

Role Overview:
The AR Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to Denials Processing, Claims Follow-up, and Customer Service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review client and internal emails for process updates.

  • Call insurance carriers, update notes in internal systems/spreadsheets, and take required action.

  • Identify operational issues and escalate promptly to the supervisor.

  • Maintain and update production logs accurately.

  • Understand and follow client requirements and project specifications.

  • Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.

  • Meet productivity and quality standards as defined by clients.

  • Conduct timely follow-up on pending claims.

  • Prepare and maintain performance and status reports.
