Job Description:

The Associate Medical Data Review Manager will provide medical review expertise to ensure high-quality and compliant data management aligned with customer and protocol requirements. The role includes structured patient data review from a clinician’s perspective and supports project management and continuous process improvements.

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify subject-level anomalies to ensure data is medically plausible and aligned with protocol specifications.

  • Support project management initiatives involving clinical study teams and key stakeholders to drive quality and efficiency.

  • Track service performance and contribute to issue resolution through root cause analysis and remedial action planning.

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant therapeutic areas and provide training to project clinical teams.

  • Participate in key project meetings including Kick-Offs, internal team discussions, and client engagements.

  • Promote continuous improvement in task efficiency and deliverable quality.

  • Monitor and resolve compliance issues promptly with minimal guidance.

 


Qualifications:

 

  • Medical degree (MBBS) with 2+ years of experience, or MD (any experience or fresher).

  • Clinical data science experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership (required).

  • Strong knowledge of clinical data, medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.

  • Operational mindset with ability to interpret metrics and status information to inform decisions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork capabilities.

  • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Project management and team coaching abilities.

  • Capable of working independently across multiple projects and managing priorities.

  • Strong client-centric approach and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
