🔹 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Equipment & Maintenance
Follow preventive maintenance schedules for all machines, instruments, and equipment in the area.
Operate machines, instruments, and equipment as per approved SOPs.
Immediately inform the supervisor about any observation, deviation, or disturbance in the aseptic area.
Ensure UAF (Unit Air Filter) is functioning properly in the area.
🧼 Cleaning & Sanitization
Ensure regular cleaning and sanitization of machines, instruments, equipment, and working area (general, controlled, and aseptic).
Perform cleaning and sanitization activities strictly as per SOPs.
Maintain high personal hygiene standards and follow gowning procedures as per SOP.
📋 Documentation & Compliance
Fill all area logs, records, and documents accurately and on time as per SOP.
Adhere to cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and departmental discipline.
Perform line clearance activities before starting operations as per SOP.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the assigned area.
🧑🏫 Training & Development
Attend all scheduled trainings as per TNI (Training Need Identification).
Ensure compliance with all training modules and work practices.
🧪 Process Operations
Perform all operational activities related to:
Aseptic Area
Controlled Area
General Area
Participate in filling, stoppering, and sealing operations to maintain sterility and product integrity.
