Job Summary:
ICON plc is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator Nurse (CRC Nurse) to join their full-service and corporate support team in Sherman Oaks, CA. This role is an excellent opportunity for licensed RNs or LPNs with a passion for advancing clinical development. As a key contributor, you will coordinate clinical trials, ensure protocol compliance, and support participants in innovative research studies. This is a 100% on-site position in Los Angeles, ideal for candidates looking to expand their clinical expertise in research-focused healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct clinical trial procedures in alignment with study protocols
Accurately collect, record, and manage patient data
Support patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes
Deliver professional nursing care and monitor trial participants
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality data and regulatory compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Prior experience in clinical research coordination preferred
Solid understanding of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes
Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
